The Polite Applause are a Newbury-based covers band specialising in the music that defined a generation - 90s and 00s Pop Punk, Rock, and Indie, played true to the record.Formed in 2022, we’re nationally established professional musicians who take our music far more seriously than we take ourselves. We’ve built a reputation locally for high energy, expertly crafted performances that get rooms moving and keep them there.
What We Do
We play weddings, private parties, pub and venue shows, bringing the same energy and professionalism to every performance.Our shows range from a tight one-hour set to a full 2.5 hour evening across multiple sets, structured around your event.
